Reports redundant operations with Strings. Examples:

calling toString() or substring(0) on a String
calling toString().substring() on a StringBuilder
using redundant String constructors. Note that the proposed quick-fix affects String referential equality. If you need to preserve it (which is considered a bad practice), suppress the warning or use the Do not report String constructors option.
